Leadership Sessions | School Climate Sessions

School Climate and Leadership are two crucial areas of responsibility for school administrators. Yet most administrative credential programs do not adequately provide assistant principals and principals with the real-world, practical training on school safety plans, climate programs, or staff and instructional leadership that is necessary for a successful career.

This year, we are offering two strands for aspiring, new and mid-career site and district administrators: School Climate and School Leadership. From bullying prevention programs to master scheduling and parent issues, you’ll learn the most effective strategies available. Teacher-leaders, support staff and others will also benefit from the many sessions applicable at the site level.

Who Should Attend
District and site-level administrators, teachers, counselors, law enforcement officers, parent-teacher association members and school board members

Benefits of Attending
Exchange ideas with other educators who share your job title and responsibilities; learn from others in the field who are implementing successful programs.

Session Presenters
Veteran administrators and teacher leaders, law enforcement personnel and other school safety and climate experts
